LOGITUDINAL CUTTING

The machine is designed for cutting materials using round blades with rewinding. It includes an internal unwinder and an internal rewinder. The machine is equipped with a foot switch that facilitates work on the machine. The maximum processing speed of the material is 15 m/min. The machine is designed with the highest regard for operator safety, and all hazardous parts are covered during operation.

Unwinder

• Adjustable brake force for unwinding.

Entrance table

Puller

• Device designed for proper material feeding into the machine.
• Prevents material slippage.
• Used for material movement inside of the machine.

• Cut against rubber covers on the roller.
• Rubber covers can be easily replaced when worn out.
• Adjustable blades height.
• Option to choose the number of blades.

Exit table

• It serves to guide the material out of the machine.

Rewinder
