ICZ SH
The machines are designed for formatting non-compressible materials into predefined rectangular formats, which can be cut using a guillotine unit and longitudinal cutting knives with material widths of 1300, 1600, and 2100 mm. The machine includes an input and output conveyor. It is equipped with a foot switch, which facilitates work on the machine. The maximum processing speed of the material is 20 m/min. The machine is designed with the highest regard for operator safety, and all hazardous parts are covered during operation. The machines are manufactured with a modular structure and can be adjusted based on requirements of the customer.

Input conveyor

Puller 1 

  • Device designed for proper material feeding into the machine.
  • Prevents material ripple.
  • Serves for material movement inside of the machine.

Unit of longitudinal cut

Pneumatic knives

  • Cut against a hardened roller.
  • Option to choose the number of knives.
  • Knife pressure is pneumatic.

Round blades

  • Cut against rubber covers on the roller.
  • Rubber covers can be easily replaced when worn out.
  • Adjustable blades height.
  • Option to choose the number of blades.

Puller 2

  • Device designed for material tightening between units.
  • Prevents material slippage.
  • Used for material movement inside of the machine.

Guilottine

  • The cutting is performed by gradual cut against a hardened bar.
  • Adjustable sheet length.
  • The unit includes a pressure bar for cut with higher quality.

Output conveyor

  • Powered belt for getting of material from the machine
  • The working speed of the belt is synchronized with the machine.
